Customer Service Representative (m / w / d ) in our location in Duisburg, Germany.


Your main tasks:


  • Entry and follow up of orders into our system
  • Booking rail/barge Transport with our Intermodal Partners
  • Status reports for clients
  • Proactive communication to keep clients informed and satisfied
  • Direct contact with our clients and hauliers (in German, English, Polish or Lithuanian)
  • General Customer Service tasks you find in a Transport company.

Your qualifications:


  • 1 year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative in Transport & Logistic branche
  • Able to communicate and show a high level of initiative
  • Enjoy working in a team of various Nationalities
  • You bring loads of motivation and are stressresistant in any situation
  • Language skills in:
  • German (Basic)_
  • English (Good)_
  • Lithuanian, Dutch, Russian and other languages (optional)_
