Responsibilities:


Organizational:

  • Support to sales teams
  • Support the Commercial managers to execute management processes
  • Followup of the publications of calls for tenders via the various tools made available,
  • Registration and assistance in the administrative execution of customer orders
  • Coordination of supplies relating to system orders
  • In charge of the administrative contact with the purchasing departments and the accounts of the customers
  • Preparation of administrative documents required for public and private tenders.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes in terms of Quality internally and externally
  • Organize the continuity of services with colleagues and superiors,
  • Ensure that sellers have all the administrative tools necessary to make sales,
  • Support to the local financial department: Data consolidation, monitoring of unpaid debts, monitoring of stocks, French or US GAP, Revenue Recognition Check list.

Follow-up:

  • Followup of orders and invoices dematerialized or not,
  • Management of access and monitoring of platforms for the dematerialization of orders and invoices,
  • Monitoring of supply chains for the execution of customer orders (factory and supplier orders),
  • Followup of Credit Limit and Credit Check situations with the financial department in support of sellers,
  • Electronic filing of calls for tenders,
  • Registration of orders in the SFDC system, SAP, Internal Network and Order Forms,
  • Administrative management of current contracts: sending of valid documents (Kbis, social declarations, changes of bank details, etc.),
  • Management of new customer data and the SAP customer database.

Survey:

  • Ensures the proper maintenance and integrity of administrative data linking Bruker and its customers,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Tenacity, diligence and taste for success, ability to work in a team with nomadic collaborators,
  • Ability to understand, discuss and integrate complex crossfunctional processes
  • Extensive experience in commercial management of complex sales processes.
  • Ability to execute and analyze Bruker's internal and external business administration processes
  • Selfdiscipline and ability to follow priorities
  • Flexibility in the face of planning requirements (submission of calls for tenders, invoicing, business, processing of orders at the end of the month and of the financial year) and lastminute unforeseen events
  • Openmindedness and ease of contact, high level of personal integrity,
  • Capacity for physical/psychological resistance to stress, to requests relating to files of very diverse natures and evolving priorities.

Qualifications

  • Commercial administration, public procurement, and accounting,
  • Minimum English/German bilingualism required, a third language is highly appreciated (Arabic, French, etc.).

Abilities and experience

  • Commercial administration in a complex and rapidly changing context,
  • Sale via public markets,
  • Commercial management of Key account,
  • Sales administration.
