Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to join a financial customer care team in Malta?


Our client offers trading in over 1000 stocks, shares, ETFs, and CFDs and has one of its offices in St Julian's, Malta.

They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Interact with various departments to resolve customers' issues
  • Investigate possible solutions to customers' issues as well and use the available tools and information resources to resolve problems
  • Escalate unresolved problems in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Administer client account management, including updating the CRM system
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to all company standards during any client interaction
  • Assistance with any special Customer Service projects
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills & Experience
-
Fluent in German and English both verbal and written (ideally native speakers)

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in the financial services or banking sector would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of bankspecific products as well as frontmiddle and backoffice processes, especially in the field of securities and derivatives.
  • Knowledge of investment and/or bankspecific products especially in the field of securities, derivatives, banking, or asset management will be considered an advantage
  • Great problemsolving attitude
  • Great communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Professionalism, work ethics, and a team player
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision with a positive cando attitude
  • Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisions
  • Care in dealing with sensitive information
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify customer's needs
  • Ability to independently research solutions and solve problems
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Performancedriven and a strong team player
  • Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
