You will join our SIAM Technology & Integration team as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, where you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of our ServiceNow based SIAM platform "myIT". You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams to ensure that our ServiceNow SIAM platform meets business requirements, is aligned with the organization's IT strategy and follows ServiceNow best practices.
What part will you play?
Support the design and development of our ServiceNow based SIAM platform, including architecture, validation and documentation
Analyze business needs and requirements to create technical solutions that meet business objectives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions
Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines
Communicate and present complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Support the SIAM Governance function with ServiceNow specific knowledge
Enforce the adoption of defined SIAM platform concepts
Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
Provide effort estimates and implementation schedules for architected solutions
Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Explore and drive innovation in collaboration with ServiceNow

What you need to make real what matters.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant.
Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow platform, including administration, development, and integrations
Hands on experience in implementing complex integrations of SIAM processes based on ServiceNow
Indepth technical knowledge of integration protocols and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and others
Deep knowledge of CMDB, SRM and Interfaces; CSDM would be a bonus
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions
Strong English (written and spoken) skills mandatory, German language proficiency is added advantage
