Controlling, where you will be instrumental in the preparation and enhancement of financial and controlling reports, playing a pivotal role in advancing the TUI BLUE brand's success. Your responsibilities encompass spearheading the establishment and evolution of a standardized reporting system.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Enhanced Reporting Systems: Lead the development and augmentation of reporting mechanisms within TUI BLUE and the broader TUI Group. Contribute to continual enhancements of monthly reports.
Analytical Insights: Analyse operational reports to derive actionable recommendations aimed at improving the performance of our hotel portfolio. Drive innovation and evolution within the TUI BLUE brand through datadriven insights.
International Coordination: Efficiently coordinate with the international matrix organization across headquarters in Hanover, London, Dubai, and other key locations. Serve as the primary liaison for affiliated companies, both nationally and internationally.
New Projects Acquisition: Independently manage tasks related to acquiring new TUI BLUE hotels. This includes reviewing due diligence reports, evaluating new properties, devising negotiation strategies, and integrating new entities into existing reporting systems.
Process Optimization: Spearhead the optimization and standardization of work processes, ensuring operational efficiency and highquality financial and controlling operations.
Audit Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for auditors and internal audits within the finance and controlling domain.
Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management in shaping the medium to longterm strategy (35 years) of the organization.
Adhoc Tasks & Analyses: Undertake adhoc tasks, conduct analyses, and prepare documentation (such as strategy papers, presentations, and actionable recommendations) for the management board.

ABOUT YOU

Educational Background: Degree in business administration, economics, tourism management, or a related field. Prior experience in controlling and finance is advantageous.
Financial Reporting Experience: Preferably experienced in establishing and maintaining complex financial reports, demonstrating robust analytical and conceptual skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau or HFM/Oracle is desirable.

Fluent in written and spoken English and German
