The Digital Society Institute (DSI) at the European School of Management and Technology is an interdisciplinary research and policy institute founded in 2016 with a mission to advance technology, economy and society through research that places security and privacy at the center.

DSI leads several governments funded research projects on secure digital identities, IT law and critical infrastructure protection and is host to the annual C3 Cybercrime Conference.

DSI is looking for a

Research Associate on Digital Markets
(m/w/x, part-time, to start as soon as possible until October 2023)

Key responsibilities

Contributing to a study on European digital and cloud market
Conducting highlevel qualitative interviews
Creating a typology and mapping of the related European markets
Serving as focal point for external stakeholders on the study
Contributing towards the development of the DSI as a knowledge hub on digital, cyber and technology expertise
Proven experience evaluating and visualizing market trends using quantitative and qualitative methodology
Excellent academic record
Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
Experience and ability to write in clear and concise English and German. Other language skills are welcome
