Event Production Internship

Are you interested in event management for business events and want to kickstart your career in this industry? Do you have an eye for detail and like to be in control of everything? If the answer is yes, read further We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Production Intern to join our rapidly growing B2B organization._

Management Events **offers business leaders from the Fortune 500 companies the opportunity to join our exclusive business network, where they can establish business connections, get insights about the newest business trends from our keynote speakers, and visit our world class events.

We are now looking for a
Event Production Intern (fulltime)
based in Berlin from the 5th of August until December the 23rd.

Your key responsibility is to support the event production managers throughout the whole event production cycle.
If you are up for it, we will also work towards the possibility for you to have at least one event of your own as a lead producer in the end of the internship.

What will you learn and spend most of your time on?

Planning and executing our social gatherings & physical events in Germany
Improving production processes through supporting the lead event producers
Being creative and bringing new ideas to exceed the customer experience
Searching and booking venues for upcoming events
Preparing event material

Are based in Amsterdam
This is a fulltime internship and you are required to be enrolled as a student at HBO or University

Recruitment process:

First call: I (Mai Dao) will schedule a call with you to discuss more about the role and answer any possible questions you might have. In addition to this, I would like to know who you are and what motivates you.
Interview: You will meet the hiring manager at our office in Amsterdam or online for an interview. This is also an opportunity for you to learn about the specifics of the role.
