The Role:
You will support the development of our global partner ecosystem and the underlying processes.
As well as this, you will support initiatives for indirect sales, partner acquisition, partner onboarding, partner enablement (training, certification), partner GTM (marketing, sales, implementation) and partner networking.
In addition, you will be representing a global function within the channel department and acting as peer to international teams, taking in new ways of (remote) working and leading and gearing up together to aim for global partner success.

What you'll do:
- Support the development of strategies and business models for indirect sales, partner acquisition and partner enablement.
- Support the channel team in creating quotes for our partners and partner customers in Salesforce.
- Maintain and manage partner certificates in Salesforce.
- Update internal channel content in Confluence to enable and inform the LucaNet Group.
- Update content of our Partner Portal to enable and inform our global Partner Network.
- Organize our team internal Sharepoint to enable the team.
- Prepare, conduct, and document initial talks with interested parties for our LucaNet & Friends Referral Program.
- Manage the relationships of our active LucaNet & Friends Participants and ensure the transfer of knowledge and knowhow to them.
- Receive professional onthejob training and work at one of our locations or remote.
What you bring to the table:
- Ability to understand sales / channel business cases in a SaaS environment and priorities.
- Organizational skills, capable of handling strategies while not losing sight of longterm strategic goals.
- Communication talent with intercultural skills and networking skills with a strong service mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical & communication skills in English additional languages are a plus.
- Independent and goaloriented work style.
