AVOW is the leading app growth marketing company for advertising in alternative android app stores and on-device performance ads. We provide access to untapped Mobile OEM inventory for incremental user growth and engagement.


What you will do:

• Lead and develop our team of Mobile Media Buyers, currently 6 people and continuously growing.
• Manage and coach the team and their priorities, trouble shooting and queries.
• Close communication with demandside teams to ensure budget delivery and KPI achievements.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs.

Location:
This role can be located in Berlin (HQ) or remotely within Europe.


Your profile:

• Experience in performance media buying, CPM/CPC and/ or programmatic/ RTB
• Experience in bid strategies and advanced targeting tactics
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks in a fastpaced international environment
• A highly motivated selfstarter with a data and numbersdriven mindset
• A performancedriven mindset with a strong motivation to lead professionally
• 24 years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
