Join our
Student Services team in
full-time (40 hrs./week) at our location in
Berlin.

What you can expect

You will be responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of the student services team, ensuring smooth daytoday operations on campus.
You will lead and coordinate the administrative support and management of our international students, as well as the management and maintenance of relevant data, including deadline monitoring and preparatory accounting.
You will continuously monitor, plan, control, and further develop processes in the student services department.
You will plan and carry out information events on campus and ensure a smooth study process for international students.
You will lead student communication and be responsible for controlling KPIs at the location, including NPS and complaint management, customer experience, and student satisfaction.

What you bring

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree and have 12 years leadership experience, preferably in the international customer service area.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the education sector.
You offer highquality work, have a positive demeanor, and work serviceoriented and reliably even with changing customer requirements in daytoday operations.
Your leadership style is characterized by an awareness of values, a handson mentality, an open, appreciative feedback culture, and a healthy balance of target specifications and accompanying support.
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and data management systems (front office or CRM systems), and have a high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written (German is a plus).
