The Position:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their tech recruitment needs, devising tailored strategies. Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy.
- Maintain meticulous and organized records within our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in Technical Recruitment from a toptier recruitment agency and / or in house with a tier 1 technology company.
- A desire to accelerate a career in technical recruiting by leveraging a growth mindset, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
- A desire to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
- An ability to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fastgrowing startup, they often do).
