Your role

Performing different molecular biology experiments including cloning, western blot, realtime PCR, CRISPR/Cas9 screens.
Tissue culture including maintenance of suspension cells and S1, S2 (Sicherheitsstufe 1 and 2) work.
Teaching technologies to new PhD students in the lab.
Organization of the daily laboratory routine (documentation, ordering,).

Who you are

You have successfully completed an BTA/CTA/MT/biology laboratory technician training.
Experience in laboratory technologies (as mentioned in the "your role" section).
Willingness to learn novel techniques and capability of working and planning independently.
You should be highly motivated, able to work in a team, have good communication skills and be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Due to legal regulation, a valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required.
