OPPORTUNITY
The insurance Pre-sales team supports our sales professionals in driving growth within INSIS Insurance Software for the industry. Our team works side by side with our sales professionals in symbiosis. Close collaboration with Bid Management, Sales Operations and Marketing is also essential.


In this role we expect you to contribute with your in-depth industry and market expertise, and your detailed practical knowledge ofcore solutions to the sales process.


The focus will be on supporting sales initiatives in the DACH and UKI regions, although this role will also be required to support the EMEA region and beyond if requested.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring a detailed understanding of the current business drivers and needs of the European insurance market to discussions with customers and prospects.
  • Talk with customers to gain a clear understanding of their business, strategy, and technical challenges.
  • Work with the sales and solution teams to develop compelling solutions for individual opportunities incorporating industry best practice and leveraging the INSIS partner network to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Bring industry expertise to INSIS product offerings to influence their development and future direction.
  • Bring a good understanding of the business driver elements to supporting successful software deals.
  • Calibrate, digest and convert customer enquiries and requests into efficient standard software presentations and demonstrations.
  • Give indepth demonstrations of INSIS insurance products to target customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Supporting the product marketing team in shaping and writing marketing material, customer proposals as there are RFP and RFI responses.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with business and IT executives within target and existing customers and with influencers in the market (analysts and partners).
  • Maintain a good understanding of the competitive landscape in which INSIS operates Work and collaborate deeply with the sales executive team.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Based in Germany or UK with a good knowledge of Life & Pension, Property & Casualty and Commercial & Speciality & Insurance
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Educated to BA or MA degree level or similar background
  • Profound work experience with business solutions, consulting, or sales solutions experience
  • Very good understanding and proven experience working within the European insurance sector
  • Significant experience interacting with senior executives in target organisations
  • Experience working with solution/product portfolios
  • Experience developing winning sales solutions and proposals
  • Experience working with technology products, services, competencies, solutions and offerings
  • Experience working within an business environment good knowledge of competitor products and services
