We're seeking a

(Senior) Recruitment Specialist (Inhouse Talent Acquisition - RPO Management)

Your tasks:


  • You are in the driver's seat for all Front Office Recruitment matters: managing our RPO Recruiters and other external vendors (Sourcing & Headhunting agencies) on a daily basis to ensure that all hiring activities are focused and go into the right direction
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a longterm talent strategy in mind but also being flexible to drive ad hoc action to serve short term needs & changes
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers, HR People Partner and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process and focused demand fulfillment
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants for all roles in the Front Office (in addition to the funnel that will be generated from employer branding activities)
  • Create job descriptions that are appealing and reflect the requirements for each position.
  • Plan interview, including screening calls, assessments, and inperson interviews in line with the steps and procedures designed globally.
  • Form a close relationship with Global Center of Expertise to leverage on all the available tools and implement approaches and guidelines provided.
  • Keep data UpToDate into the ATS (Oracle ORC) and other system, ensure GDPR compliance and create dashboards and reports on hiring progress & numbers

Your profile:


  • You have completed your degree in economics, human resources, psychology, or a comparable field
  • You have at least 3/4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition & recruitment (or similar roles) ideally with strong project management skills and first management experience (dotted line) from an international matrix organization
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks
  • You have fluent German as well as good English skills.
  • You are a dataoriented person, with a structured approach towards Applicant Tracking system, and you generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and keep stakeholders up to date
  • High motivation, handson mentality and service orientation rounds off your profile
  • You like dynamic and fast changing working environments in an international matrix organization
