What we expect:

As an integral part of our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, you'll get to experience international projects in a dynamic capital markets environment.

You'll gain insights into the global Elevator & Escalator market, prepare presentations for various stakeholders, and collaborate on origination, execution, and integration of M&A projects.

Key responsibilities in more detail include:

Provide support to the M&A team in diverse international projects and the tracking of progress on those
Stay updated with trends and developments in the global Elevator & Escalator market
Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations and analyses for topmanagement, investors, and other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with colleagues and external advisors on M&A projects, from origination to execution and integration
Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities; assist in developing business cases alongside our inhouse experts

Who we are looking for:

Currently pursuing a university degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Quick comprehension, strong numerical analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent team player with outstanding communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English; German would be a plus
Experience in capital markets is welcomed, but not mandatory
Availability of 20 hours per week for at least 6 months for a working student position or 35 hours per week for a 46 month internship
