As a
Credit Risk Management - Working Student (M/F/d), you will support our Credit team in the day-to-day operations of a key part of our business and participate in selected projects aimed at developing high-performance risk processes and digital capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

KYB monitoring: You monitor our customers in various systems, identify and assess relevant changes (e.g. changes of shareholder structures and legal representatives), retrieve supporting evidence (e.g. from commercial registers), prepare rating suggestions, and update our systems accordingly.

Credit risk monitoring: You assess changes of the credit risk profiles of our existing customers and prepare decision templates for our colleagues with whom you discuss results.

Quality assurance: You check the information created by your colleagues for accuracy and completeness according to our guidelines and 4-eyes principle.

Documentation: You create structured electronic credit files using all relevant information and according to our guidelines.

Innovation: You support us in selected projects in a role that fits your core strengths (e.g. project management support, research, documentation).

Communication: You address case-specific questions and facilitate the solving of technical issues quickly and reliably to your colleagues.

Learning and development: You build up relevant knowledge of corporate banking and risk assessment, German AML law, as well as agile working practices.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelors or higher degree in a technical or business domain.
- Ideally first hand exposure to business operations, consulting, accounting or financial planning, i.e. through past internships.
- Experience with IT systems used for business operations and product development, such as Confluence, Jira, CRMs.
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
- Detail orientation and perseverance to perform operational activities with continuous high quality.
- Analytical thinking and ability to quickly understand new problems and systems and work out solutions.
- Determination and desire to work in a team to achieve the best results for our clients.
- Fluent spoken and written English (Other European languages are a plus).
