We focus on value investing across a number of asset classes (technology start-ups, real estate, private debt and special situations).

Currently, we are looking to build a number of D2C brands with ready prototypes of products with mass appeal potential.

We have already spent significant time validating the opportunities and are looking for the right people to run these businesses.

• Taking cofounder level responsibility for building an innovative product company
• Running the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
• Building, leading and motivating your own energetic and resultsoriented team
• Identifying opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external)

• You have strong interest in consumer products and a good understanding of branding, online marketing and ecommerce
• You have the strong desire to found a company, but you want to get support for finding the right idea and getting the company off the ground
• You have an outstanding degree/MBA from a top university
• You have gained working experience in a toptier consulting, investment banking or private equity and/or as a senior manager in a successful, venturebacked technology startup
• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goaloriented manner
• You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
• You are team oriented and ambitious
• Fluency in German is a hard requirement for this role
