Cognizant is looking for a German native speaker who is a high-energy, business-savvy corporate communications professional to take on a newly-created hybrid role leading integrated communications for the DACH region.

This full-time
Associate Director Corporate Communications role (hybrid / Frankfurt a. M.) has a generous salary and benefits package.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Communications Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Develop and execute the communications strategy for the DACH regional leader that effectively informs, inspires and engages internal and external audiences
  • Create compelling business and thought leadership content that captures the executive's voice in an authentic way
  • Develop and distribute leader communications across multiple channels and formats, including text, digital, video and live events
  • Lead the country leader's external speaking, PR and social media activities in partnership with the global communications team and external agencies
  • Excellent writing and content production skills in German and English
  • Experience working with senior business and thought leaders
  • The ability to lead, collaborate and influence in a matrixed organization with multiple project teams and timelines
