YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

Challenge and encourage our excellent team as the overall responsible person for software development at Magicline and build innovative, highquality products that delight our customers and align with our strategy and that of Sport Alliance
Manage the team including planning and reporting, driving highquality execution, supporting the team, developing the people in the team and the communication among each other
Deliver the product roadmap ontime, onscope, onquality in close collaboration with the product management team
Lead process change to ensure efficient, effective, and transparent delivery
Engage with other functional leaders in Magicline and with customers to secure the team is meeting its objectives and to ensure Magicline is delighting its customers

YOUR PROFILE

A degree in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, as well as at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position where you managed at least one team
Extensive technical knowledge to ensure success and efficiency of your directs and their development teams, and to support them in all aspects of their work
High standards and a passion for excellence as well as attention to detail
Interest in relentless customerfocussed delivery in an international and multicultural environment as well as strong communication skills in English
