As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries.

Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

These tasks and challenges awaits you:

***- Develop and continuously improve the governance structures to ensure control of the programme

Ensure the provision and maintenance of accurate and topical programme management information
Act as a sparring partner towards the project teams and ensure PMO deliverables meet the necessary programme requirements
Coordinate and manage change initiatives and support the monitoring and control of the programme finances
Develop and maintain an integrated programme management plan
Ensure the integration of individual project plans
Plan resources in line with the programme requirements, identify and manage the programme risks & opportunities
Support the monitoring and control of external service providers and build trusted relationships with individuals and/or stakeholder groups, both internally and externally to TSCNET

You have the following experience and skills:
***- Sound working knowledge of current Project Management methodologies, processes and tools

Professional PM qualifications e.g. PMI, APM, IPMA
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
Experience of international or complex programmes in a multistakeholder environment
