Your responsibilities:
- guest reception
- maintain correspondence
- responsible for company cars and communication with related service providers
- schedule meetings and organize business trips
- management of data and documents
- create statistics
- samples inventory control and shipping
- communication with accounting, HR and IT-team
- manage invoices
- support of planning and preparation of meetings
- order office materials incl. business cards
- other administrative tasks
Your profile:
- relevant working experience
- experience with travel organization is preferable, working experience in a travel agency is an asset
- business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- MS Office skills
- intercultural competence and good communication skills
