About the Job:

In your day-to-day work, you'll be building on the foundation that is already in place, in order to keep up with the increasing demands following the move from research & prototyping phase to production phase.

In this role, you'll:

Set up a new production site in the area of Munich and oversee & coordinate the production process and supply chain
On a companywide level you manage the overall performance management and Key-KPIs
Overview the scalability of sales and marketing processes through analytics, the definition of targets, KPIs and best practices
Support with devising & driving the company's growth strategy including budgeting & financial planning
Set up and optimise processes and information flows to build the foundation of the ventures ́ scaling phase

Your Profile:

Successful completion of a technical, scientific or business university degree
Proven experience in international scaling of hardware and/or software products, ideally in a startup environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, a selfstarter, passionate and highly driven to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets
Very good knowledge of both
German and
English:
Strong leader, positive, self-motivator and motivator of employees
Highly data driven and comfortable analysing metrics to reflect on areas for growth and development

Please note that we're looking for support in the Munich area. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
