Contribute to something that makes a difference and change the future of healthcare with us**What would be your responsibilities?

Support product development with user research methods and your usability expertise
Monitor and evaluate user behavior, collect user feedback and derive recommendations for further development of the company's products
Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research measures to analyze usability
Together with Product Managers and Designers, convert research findings into wireframes and designs and validate them to continuously optimize our products
Take care of study management, including screening and recruiting of study participants, incentivization, completion of research studies, evaluation and communication of results
Collect, evaluate and communicate the research findings to internal and external stakeholders
Continuously develop our research methods further

Requirements:

Who are we looking for?

You have a degree in Software Engineering, UX Design, Usability, Cognitive Psychology, or similar
You have an excellent understanding of software usability testing, incl. appropriate statistical methods
You can deliver proven experience with analyzing user behavior and user motivation in a complex, expert use software environment
You have a track record in collecting highquality user input on errors, problems and satisfaction scores
You have proven experience with recruiting expert study participants
You have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
You are comfortable working in an interdisciplinary setting
You are fluent in English and German
