» Your tasks:

Building a strong global talent pipeline for different target groups
Redesigning of our recruiting based on our Hellmann Promise
Defining and roll out of standards and processes in global recruiting
Working closely with the HR IT team to implement these processes in Workday
Development and implementation of our global employer brand in close collaboration with our local HR experts
Creation and roll out of global HR marketing concepts and campaigns
Roll out and further development of our global career site

» Your profile:

You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on HR or Marketing
You have several years of HR experience in recruiting and employer branding in an international context
You are experienced in HR marketing concepts, especially social media
You act with a handson mentality, are creative and solutionoriented
You love working together with different people and you are open to perspectives and ideas
You have strong intercultural and communication skills
You are business fluent in English
You ideally have good German language skills
