» Your tasks:


  • Building a strong global talent pipeline for different target groups
  • Redesigning of our recruiting based on our Hellmann Promise
  • Defining and roll out of standards and processes in global recruiting
  • Working closely with the HR IT team to implement these processes in Workday
  • Development and implementation of our global employer brand in close collaboration with our local HR experts
  • Creation and roll out of global HR marketing concepts and campaigns
  • Roll out and further development of our global career site

» Your profile:


  • You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on HR or Marketing
  • You have several years of HR experience in recruiting and employer branding in an international context
  • You are experienced in HR marketing concepts, especially social media
  • You act with a handson mentality, are creative and solutionoriented
  • You love working together with different people and you are open to perspectives and ideas
  • You have strong intercultural and communication skills
  • You are business fluent in English
  • You ideally have good German language skills
