This is a remote position based from the Midlands region in the UK.

The Job:

Perform onsite 3D printer installations, onboarding, training, repairs, and maintenance for partners and customers in the field
Help partners deliver outstanding service to their customers
Collaborate on solving technical issues with our global engineering team

You:

Have a degree or working experience in Mechatronics or a similar field
Can quickly resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, test, and repair hardware
Have a valid driving license
Enjoy connecting with people and are a great listener
Are comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone
Can autonomously manage your time and workload

Bonus Skills:

Previous experience as a Field Service Technician
Experience with Additive Manufacturing
B2B service experience
Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
Experience in a fastgrowing startup environment
