You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment.

During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Business Development team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services EMEA (ITS) with a focus on Sales.

From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

The global orientation of the program is complemented by a 5month assignment at one of our
international locations

Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

You will develop a deep understanding of our Operating Unit Industrial Trucks & Services by accompanying the
business development team in
identifying potentials
from a customer
, market
, and company
perspective , validate business ideas, and innovate our existing business models in close collaboration with key stakeholders
You will gain
handson experience with strong mentorship by
taking over responsibility in a
relevant project **in the business development area, from solution conception to planning and implementation as well as ongoing communication and performance measurement
You are
constantly and
closely collaborating
with our international
sales and
service teams, and you ensure that their needs are translated into
business requirements **while changes are seamlessly integrated into the workflows of our network and their customers
You will
analyze current
business processes
and their interconnecting
solutions and work towards initiatives both short and long term to drive for optimization
You independently identify, collect, and analyze data, create presentations and datadriven business cases to provide recommendations for the top management

Qualifications

You have a master's degree in
Business Administration with a focus on **strategy
, sales **or similar studies
You convince with a
high level of selfresponsibility and
courage to master future challenges by contributing with
fresh ideas and
willingness to go the extra mile
As a
strong team player with an agile and open mind and strong communication skills, you enjoy working in an
international and
intercultural team and environment
Your
analytic skills enable the leverage of
qualitative analysis to drive decision making and business results
You have
professional working proficiency in English enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global teams; further language skills are beneficial
You have
strong IT skills and use
MS Office on a daily basis
