Tasks

  • If needed, you forward problems to secondlevel support.
  • You follow up with customers until the final solution is found.
  • Besides, you recommend improvements related to our digital tools and processes.
  • Also, you prepare training materials and presentations in different formats and give trainings for employees and customers of the company.
  • You take part in the administrative processes related to user and functionality administration, in testing and in improvement projects.

Requirements:


  • You are proficient in the most common MS Office programs like Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Furthermore, you have a solutionoriented approach towards your daily tasks and can learn new skills related to tools, that might be newly added.
  • Your positive candoattitude and very good communication skills in English (written and spoken) rounds your profile off.
