You are a future-gazer, voice of the market with a strong sense of understanding on how to act on market trends, industry dynamics and customer data and focused on making insights actionable and bringing a business lens to research.


Your day to day operations could involve providing analysis and recommendations on the market, our competitors, and the drivers of Journee's global business on tactical, strategic and operational level.

You will be conducting qualitative and quantitative research, market and competitive intelligence, in order to provide a complete analysis for stakeholders.


Here's where you come in.

1- Product and Strategy Support:

  • Actively support commercial & regional planning by driving crossfunctional teams forums, structuring processes and sharing learnings from across the organisation
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify client and partner needs and pain points, translating them into actionable insights to guide product roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business problems, questions, requirements to define clear KPIs and metrics
  • Assess market fit and potential for new concepts and innovations
  • Consistently research and develop thought leadership topics

2- Market Research, Competitive Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct analysis on broad immersive web and emerging technologies landscape to identify trends, assess opportunities and threats and examine what our role can be in our rapidly evolving ecosystem
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our products and services against industry peers.
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis, business wargaming, competitive assessments
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements and developments in the Metaverse and Web3 technologies.

3- Business Performance Optimization:

  • Develop industryfocused (automotive, retail, fashion and luxury, entertainment, gaming and sports) and solutionfocused (icommerce, intraverse, industrial metaverse etc) sales enablement decks
  • Support the strategic decisionmaking process of the Revenue team by creating actionable insights according to customer needs, market and industrial trends and business requirements.
  • Work with business teams to identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Analyse sales and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and potential revenue streams.
  • Develop, improve and share new lean workflow and methodologies
  • Develop, improve, and share standard business modelling and measurement tools (KPIs, NPS, RoIs,...)

4- Stakeholder Communication:

  • Present datadriven insights and reports to senior management, executives, and investors to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product, and revenue, to communicate actionable findings.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, data analysis, project planning and/or product management within a technology startup or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Metaverse and Web3 technologies, as well as the broader blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex datadriven insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the evolving retail, automotive, gaming, entertainment and sports industries
  • Conducted various collaborative research projects
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges and opportunities.
  • Plus if you have authored, contributed, and edited multimedia content for trade journals, industry publications, univers
