Your Areas of Responsibilities:

You are involved in a wide variety of activities, such as: planning, status and activity monitoring & reporting, quality assurance, workshops/meetings and much more
Assist in the definition, documentation, of processes and workflows, and create corresponding templates/automatizations
Support preparation/implementation of new software solutions and databases (e.g. benchmarking, blueprints)
Coordination and update of reporting's/ maintenance of KPIs
Engage in the creation of training documents, or work instructions for product upgrades
Support in daily business

Your Profile of Qualification:

Enrolled in Bachelor/ master's degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
Very good analytical skills and an organizational talent
Excelent German skills as well as a good command of spoken and written English
Flexibility to quickly get involved in different topics
IT affinity and knowledge about (agile) project management methods; programming skills are a plus
Preferably a driving license class B

This job is at our office in Bayreuth.
