Job description:

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with vertical product management (InCenter, Home & Critical Care) as well as engineering to define and implement bestinclass usercentric design, visuals and experience for digital products
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Design, set up, run and analyze usability studies, A/B testing, focus groups and customer interviews
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards and contribute to the global Fresenius Design Community
Identify appropriate qualitative research tools to gather objective user feedback (e.g., surveys, usability testing, user and stakeholder interviews)
Work with outside consultants to define research projects
Partner with product and engineering teams in the design, execution, and delivery of features
Bring UX practices including research, solution design, and interaction to the team
Recruit targeted endusers for specific research studies
Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for the product team

Job requirements:

Critical Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer interaction or a comparable
Minimum 5+ years demonstrated track record of delivering UX design for digital solutions solving usercentric problems, preferably in the healthcare sector
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experienced with ethnographic and observational methods usability testing and other approaches (benchmarking, competitive analyses, diary studies, remote testing)
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools and configuration instruments like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in idea ideation, plan procedure, and prototyping
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem inteaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Uptodate with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
