We are on a mission to digitize home care & make elderly care more accessible and affordable.

Currently in stealth & backed by some of Germany's most renowned entrepreneurs, we are developing the first digital solution to bring the home care market online in Germany & Europe, helping families to easily organize and access home care products & services.

About the opportunity

We are currently looking for a Founder Associate Intern to join our team. As a Founder Associate, you'll work on a variety of business development and operational tasks. The role will be based in our Berlin HQ and will report to one of the co-founders.

This is a three to six-month internship, with the possibility to extend and become a permanent member of the team.

Tasks

  • Be a sparring partner for the Founding team for strategic and operational decisions and projects to continuously build the company
  • Support the acquisition of new B2B customers in Germany and strengthen our relations with existing ones to drive up revenue
  • Support the Founding team with hiring, investor relations, and daily operations
  • Research, analyze and evaluate new business opportunities to digitize the organization of home care and present results to the founding team
  • Work closely with the founding team to suggest and evaluate product development initiatives that boost business performance

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor's or master's degree at a toptier university
  • You are an effective relationship builder who can work independently or in a team and can successfully influence decision making
  • First professional experience in operations, consulting or finance
  • Analytical mindset and ability to deal with pressure, and handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Handson mentality, always looking for ways to improve the way we operate
