HR Business Partner
  • Technical Operations (f/m/d) you will be part of the Global Technical Operations Leadership Team and support the Site Head and the local leaders in our Headquarter in Bad Vilbel. In this role, you are a sparring partner at eye level and support our business leaders in all HR matters. You will be a competent contact person, especially regarding strategic HR topics such as organizational development, personnel development, succession planning, as well as change & transformation projects.

What you can expect:


  • You are a trusted contact person for managers on HR topics such as leadership, performance management, remuneration, personnel development, and succession planning.
  • You will advise and support your business leaders on HR topics such as team development, leadership development, succession planning and organizational talent reviews.
  • You manage transformation and restructuring projects and actively support organizational development in your area of responsibility
  • Recruiting for selected senior management and executive positions
  • You take on a project management and/or expert role in overarching HR projects and initiatives
  • You will work closely with the entire HR Team (Talent Acquisition, HR Support, HR Controlling).
  • You collaborate in a trusting relationship with employee representatives and manage complex organizational changes
  • You supervise the workforce planning for Technical Operations and own the FTE budget, interacting closely with our HR Controlling Team
  • You advise on questions regarding HR policies, processes, and the analysis of HR KPIs

Who we are looking for:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, law or social sciences with a focus on human resources/employment law or have comparable training/professional experience
  • You can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in a role with similar seniority level
  • You are experienced in leading change and organizational development projects
  • You are a brand ambassador for our STADA values and drive the cultural change with us
  • You have a sound knowledge of collective labour law, ideally also knowledge of the collective agreement of the chemical industry
  • You feel comfortable in a modern, dynamic corporate culture and are used to fast decisionmaking processes. Ideally, you have worked in a company with a matrix structure.
  • You are innovative, see yourself as an assertive business partner and like to drive things forward
  • You speak fluent German and English
