Director Corporate Supply Chain Material Flow (M/F/d)

Your main tasks

Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the area of
Carrying out all incidental management topics such as performance appraisals, employee appraisals, vacation planning, working time management
Ensuring the achievement of targets and milestones of all global material flow projects, if necessary deriving action measures in case of deviations
Carrying out benchmarking and defining the maturity level of the material flow system
Define improvement potentials and implement measures derived from them
Define, control and ensure the material flow in the corporate supply chain with material flow project managers at all global locations
Optimize intra

- and extra-logistics processes

Develop, implement and ensure global standard logistics processes in line with industry standards in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Developing internal training content and materials as well as conducting and ensuring knowledge transfer
Develop and present strategic KPIs for supply chain material flow and provide regular reporting on global project status
Implement digital systems, platforms and measurement methodologies.

Your profile

Degree (Master): e.g. Business Administration, SCM, IT, Industrial Engineering
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Several years of professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the area of supply chain material flow
Structured, independent working style and very good communication skills
Proven leadership experience
High sense of responsibility and reliability
