Your Tasks:


  • You are processing and controlling all received customer orders in Europe and ensure to meet the agreed service level
  • You are pesponsible for Global Order Processing of specific products groups as well as E-Commerce Activities
  • Monitoring of customer delivery dates and control of shipment schedules in cooperation with the Logistics center is also part of your position
  • Evaluating of received customer claims and returnsCapturing and maintaining customer master data in SAP
  • Creating and optimizing crossdepartment processes including process documentation
  • Representation and support of the Manager Customer Service in EMEAwide project work
  • Monthly KPI creation and reporting as well as evaluation for managemen

Your Profile:


  • Successful completed commercial vocational training
  • At least 68 years of professional experience in the field of shipping, order processing and logistics in global companies
  • Very good SAP and MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
  • A high level of service and customer orientation are just as important as a structured and wellorganized way of working in a complex environment
  • Experience in the collaboration and implementation of projects
  • Strong analytical skills and diligence
  • A sense of responsibility and reliability, accuracy, commitment and a high degree of personal responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
