Abbott Diabetes Care is looking for a Digital Health Solution Specialist (EMEAP) (M/F/d), based in Wiesbaden.


Missions:


As Digital Health Solution Specialist, you'll focus on driving app adoption and enhancing user data sharing within our digital health ecosystem.

You will be developing marketing strategies, encouraging data sharing, and tracking performance to measure the impact of these initiatives, and deploy simulators and support issues management and resolution.

Also, you are also supporting HCP Digital initiatives in the areas of CRM and Websites.


Responsibilities:


Drive App Adoption and Data Sharing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing tactics to target specific user segments and increase app adoption rates.
  • Implement identified best practices and pilot new initiatives efficiently across the region, ensuring comprehensive digital health strategies.
  • Work closely with the global and local teams to adapt and implement campaigns for their specific market.
  • Create and implement communication strategies to encourage user data sharing.

Digital Project Management:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget ensuring quality standards are met
  • Support in planning the necessary project structure, timeline and work packages including prioritization.
  • Control of work results in the project, including coordination of tasks and solving any problems that arise.
  • Manage project status and budget.

Development of Demonstration/Training Tools:


  • Create simulators for our digital and hardware products to support sales demos and customer support training.
  • Ensure that these tools are regularly updated and approved for distribution to remain synchronized with product updates, ensuring their ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
  • Support and manage local countries in the adoption of simulators endtoend.
  • Manage and push external agencies for development and innovation.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of marketing strategies, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address userreported issues.
  • Take a handson approach to swiftly resolve digital platform issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Marketing, Digital or businessrelated field required.
  • Up to 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and user engagement strategies, especially in a regional role, preferred in Healthcare/Medical Device Industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare technology and digital health tools.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI Design with tools like MIRO, FIGMA or Adobe Xd.
  • Practical experience with content management systems, Analytics and data visualization tools
  • Experience with CRM systems (Selligent) and content approval processes (Veeva Vault).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creative and datadriven problemsolver with outstanding communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional team
