We, at Frankfurt School's Sustainable World Academy (SWA), are looking for a Programme Assistant (f/m/d) to support the Development Finance e-Campus portfolio initially for a period of 24 months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.

October 2023


Location:
Frankfurt am Main, Germany (physical presence required)


Your responsibilities:

  • Support SWA's Financial Inclusion training portfolio.
  • Support in the development of digital learning materials (incl. video production, WBTs, etc.).
  • Actively support marketing activities (incl. social media, portals, website, conferences).
  • Support daytoday project management, proposal writing, reporting, and controlling.
  • Possibly support sustainable and development finance training projects all over the world.

Your profile:

  • You are proficient in
    English. French, Spanish or German are strong assets.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience in content management or learning systems would be a strong asset.
  • You are very organised, have strong communication and administrative skills, adjust quickly to new environments, and enjoy working in a dynamic team.
  • You have the ability to adjust priorities quickly and according to demand.
