We have an exciting opportunity for a Returns and Technical Support Administrator to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunheim, Germany.


The role:


As Returns and Technical Support Administrator, you will provide day to day administration of the product returns process and administrative support to the technical teams.


Key duties:


  • Customer contact for returns and aftersales support.
  • Creation of ACS Requests and entry to ERP system.
  • Acquisition of spare parts for repair technicians, as required.
  • Unboxing & cleansing of returning products ready for repair assessment.
  • Monitoring of open ACS requests
  • Generating and providing quotations to customers for repairs, servicing, or replacement devices.
  • Issuing credit notes.
  • Closure of ACS requests and associated financial postings to ERP system.
  • Shipping returned, replaced, or loaned products to customers globally.
  • Return products to main or service stock.
  • Scrappage of products and associated parts as required.
  • Shipping & Clearing returns through customs.
  • Chasing products on loan with the customer.
What are we looking for?


Key skills:


  • Midgrade secondary school certificate covering maths, science, and German language.
  • Computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English and German language
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Tenacity
  • Attention to detail.
