A Snapshot of Your Day
Process expert (f/m/d) with experience in IT projects will be reposible for the template, rollout
- and post go-live phases of S4E-Unify Program
- and internal SAP related activities at Transformers and Switchgears business.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Reporting to Program Manager
  • Forcing transition towards process simplification, standardization, and datacentric design in accordance with S4E-Unify and internal targets at Transformers and Switchgears
  • Acting as ambassador for change management, collaborates and builds a strong network with internal and external IT and business players
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions

What You Bring

  • Master's or comparable degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Profound working experience in process management, design, and implementation of processes in the context of SAP implementation projects
  • Experience in project business and/ or engineertoorder business scenarios is of advantage
  • Seniority in dealing with complex questions, ability to envision and tailor process solutions based on multiple criteria
  • Consulting skills, ability to collaborate with various IT and business players
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple project activities simultaneously, experience as a project
- or Business project lead is beneficial

  • Selfmotivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members
