Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "Housing" in the north of Bremen as a

Head of Housing (M/F/d)

(full time; 38.5 hrs./week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

Independent management and coordination of the "Housing" department
Responsibility for the conceptual and operational development of the department
Planning the utilization of existing and future capacities
Active design of change and development of different processes, in areas such as on and off campus housing capacities, locking system & "Mealplan"
Work closely with Vice President of Operation and Real Estate on strategic Housing related topics
Collaboration on crossdepartmental projects

Your qualifications:

Several years of professional experience and comprehensive expertise in the field of residential care and/or lodging in the hotel industry or student housing
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong implementation skills and excellent communication skills
High degree of team spirit and flexibility
Serviceoriented handling of customer complaint
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
