AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

You provide administrative support to our team in the area of IP and innovation management: To this end, you always keep track of all important deadlines, create overviews of our patent portfolio and organize communication with our attorneys.
You are also responsible for searching relevant patent databases.
As an interface to our HR and finance department, you will assist in the processing of employee inventor compensation and grant payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Enrolled student (M/F/d) in the field of engineering or natural sciences (preferably with a focus on physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering or similar)
You have a high level of comprehension and are interested in technical and legal issues and intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, utility models)
First experiences/experiences with patents are advantageous
You are characterized by your independent, structured and careful way of working
You are an openminded communication partner and an absolute team player
You are proficient in the use of the common MS Office programs. If you also have knowledge of the databases Espacenet, Depatisnet and DPMAregister, this is a big plus.
Finally, you are a strong communicator in German and English (written and oral)
