Aufgaben:


Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG offers financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rentals, fleet management, digital charging and payment services, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services.

The "HR Global Operations & Transformation" team accompanies the "Must Wins 2025" of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility strategy.

At the same time, we focus on HR contributions, the strategy in relation to Global Operation Transformation and Data Driven Company.

We are often involved in strategic international projects, are convinced of the joint development of solutions with our internal customers (across functions, markets and levels) and like to use agile working methods.

In addition to our international experts within Mercedes-Benz Mobility, we also work closely with the relevant teams of experts at Mercedes-Benz headquarters.


As HR Business Partner at Mercedes Benz Mobility you will be part of a agile international team and contribute to all relevant HR measures for the execution of the Global Operation Transformation.

You will be responsible to create, implement and support a quite now organizional setting which means your main task will be to create and implement processes and standards.

You will work in an creative project environment.

**Your tasks in detail: - Development and introduction of international HR concepts

  • Prepare performance management, people practices and succession planning discussions
  • Strategic consultations and operative support in the role as HR Business Partner
  • Participation and support in global HR projects
  • Conception and implementation of subprojects, incl. End to End responsibility and project steering
  • Creation and implementation of HR development concepts
  • Preparation and development of communication documents for management and other stakeholders
  • Prepare key meetings with business stakeholders and HR workshops

Qualifikationen:

**What you bring to the table: - Diploma or Degree in HR management, Business administration or any relevant area

  • Several years of professional experience in HR in multinational companies
  • Experience in ramp up of new business areas as well as legal entity management
  • Experience in transformation & change management as well as project management
  • Contemporary knowledge on relevant industry standards and HR trends
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering or related fields like Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management or Employee Relations
  • Strong experience in HR Development
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • English and German in an advanced level
