What you will do

We are looking for a proactive student who will support the NVT Communications & Marketing team and has a passion for emerging technologies like Generative AI, the Metaverse, or Blockchain.

You will play an essential role in helping us promote innovation projects through events and supporting the team with everyday tasks like coordinating internal team events, maintaining our SharePoint page and reportings independently.

Your main tasks include:

Prepare and create engaging presentation materials, like onepagers and abstracts, to highlight the most innovative topics in tech
Assist in coordinating speakers and topics for our diverse global SAP events
Keep track of events and other assets in our internal database while overseeing the timely reporting of KPIs
Support driving and refining the event strategy by researching and brainstorming new marketing (event) formats
Optimize processes and automation tasks to streamline workflows using tools like Sharepoint and Airtable
Coordinate internal team events and foster a culture of continuous learning

What you bring

Able to start in October/November, based in or around Berlin.
Enrolled as a student in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, Humanities or other related fields.
Proficient in project management tools like Airtable and Microsoft Office suite, including Sharepoint and virtual communication platforms such as MS Teams
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, able to balance multiple tasks, to manage adhoc requests, and to be proactive
Enthusiastic about emerging technologies like Generative AI and having the ability to grasp and learn complex technological topics
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and good skills in German

By developing unconventional solutions, inspiring prototypes, and new products, we drive progress in the IT industry and bring the latest trends to SAP.

The NVT Communications & Marketing team takes on cross-functional tasks and is a close partner and consultant to the management team and the various development units.
