Your mission

Assist in managing the account status of multiple online marketplaces
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product listings, orders, and payments
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Account Manager, Product Owner, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketplace strategies
Assist in implementing strategies to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance
Contribute to the development of best practices, standard operating procedures, and internal tools to streamline marketplace operations

Profile:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or a related field
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Good analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional team members
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or databases is beneficial
Prior experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or operations is a plus but not required
