This position can be done part-time (60-80%) if desired.

Your Tasks - What You can expect as HR Business Partner (f/m/d)?

You are the HR Business Partner for our new and globally growing Business Unit and built up this Business Unit from scratch together with the management, e.g.

transfer existing teams into this BU. Moreover, you adivse and support our executives in the further development of their teams within existing Business Units. You act as sparring partner for management, executives and employees. You are responsible for all HR relevant topics such as recruitment, performance management, succession planning and employment law.

You ensure the smooth running of all operational HR processes in order to continuously improve our people / HR organization and implement new modern proccesses and tools in a global matrix organization.

You takeover cross-company global projects to support the HR side. You support our management in organizational development, change management and cultural change.

Your Profile - What do You bring as HR Business Partner (f/m/d)?

You have an university degree in economics, psychology, law or a related field.
You have several years of experience in HR, including experiences as HR Business Partner in an international matrix organization.
You have relevant employment law knowledge in individual and collective law issues and in dealing with workers council.
You have in-depth experience in personal and organizational development as well as change management.
You have already worked in dynamic corporate contexts and you are empathic and trustful.
You have very good German and English skills, any other language is a plus.
