For our office in Bonn (Germany) and Homeoffice we are looking for a

Configuration Specialist (M/F/d)

Your are responsible for:

Management of the CMDB within ServiceNow
Managing the individual Product Lines, Products and configuration items
Version and Life Cycle Management von was?
Supporting the configuration manager in relevant process management activities
Supporting the configuration manager in the further enhancement of the CMDB models
Provision of Configuration Management process trainings to internal users
Develop and track Change Management processes
Support internal and external audits, e.g. by providing reports
Check the interfaces and processes to subsystems of ServiceNow (D365 / ENAM / Jira....)
Developing "Probes and Sensors" (Discovery / Mid Server)

Your profile:

ITIL knowledge
Strong understanding of the management of dataoriented processes and how to communicate them
Experience in dealing with Dedalus solutions is desirable a proven ability to acquire new knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills and good time management
Demonstrated adaptability and learning ability
Strong focus on serviceoriented work with internal and external customers
Knowledge of hospital workflows is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry
Very good written and spoken English and German language skills
Experience with ServiceNow functions and tools is desirable
Experience in working in a regulated business environment and dealing with regulatory matters (MDD/MDR) are desirable
