Wir suchen Sie am Produktionsstandort Dresden als

**Technician & Shipping Expert (M/F/d)**

In Vollzeit und befristet/unbefristet.

**In dieser Funktion haben Sie folgende Aufgaben**:

- Koordination des zentralen Versands von Proben / Testmaterialen / Reagenzien zu externen Standorten / Laboren / Behörden nach Anforderung entsprechend den Vorgaben (sample shipment)
- Aktive Unterstützung beim Einfuhrgenehmigungsprozess und bei der Zollabwicklung
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner(in) für externe Versanddienstleister inkl. interner/externer Kommunikation und Beziehungspflege
- Durchführung und Unterstützung bei den in der Abteilung anfallenden operativen Tätigkeiten: Probenrezeption, Referenzmusterverwaltung (RefM), Stabilitätsmusterverwaltung (StabM), Wareneingangskontrolle inkl. Probenahme und Probenversand
- Gewährleistung einer hohen internen Kundenzufriedenheit (GSK Bio intern)
- Termin
- und qualitätsgerechte, kostenoptimierte Lieferung von QC-Services
- Unterstützung des Teams bei der Effektivierung & Harmonisierung der Prozesse inkl. Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP)
- Flexible Unterstützung anderer QC Abteilungen (z.B.LabOps) und Process Science CoE FLU nach Bedarf und Absprache entsprechend Einarbeitung
- Einhaltung der Qualitätssicherungssysteme
- Einhaltung EHS am Arbeitsplatz
- Selbständiges Management von Proben zur Durchführung der Analysen (Sample Management)
- Sicherheitsbeauftragte(r) (gem. -22 SGB VII), Gefahrgutbeauftragte(r) (TÜV/DEKRA gem. ADR) und Gefahrgutversender(in) (gem. IATA, certificate of dangerous goods, UN3373)

**Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten**:

- Erfahrung in Transport
- und Logistikprozessen von Impfstoffen und deren Vorstufen
- Wünschenswert sind eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit medizinischer, biologischer, chemischer oder mikrobiologischer Ausrichtung (z.B. MTA, Biologielaborant, Chemielaborant mit Erfahrung) und/oder gleichwertiger Berufsabschluss (z.B. Pharmakant) und Kenntnisse mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einem Laborbereich
- Chemische und biologische Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in Grundlagen der Impfstoffherstellung
- Kenntnisse von analytischen Prozessen
- Anwendungsbereite Computerkenntnisse
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im SAP
- Kenntnis von GLP / GMP
- Kenntnis von laborrelevanten EHS-Richtlinien
- Fahrerlaubnis Kl. B
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikatives, service-/kundenorientiertes Verhalten
- Organisationstalent
