We are looking for a full-time:

HEAD OF MAINTENANCE & SERVICES FRANCE

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

You ensure compliance with planned operations, internal/external reports and customer commitments
You are responsible for the tactical and strategic planning of preventive maintenance in collaboration with the stakeholders
You supervise our maintenance and fleet management teams and ensuring safety compliance
You will manage the French subcontractors, including our Railpool France technicians
You develop and maintain operational KPIs for availability monitoring, troubleshooting, and procurement success
Furthermore, you act as the technical interface with our external stakeholders (EPSF, SNCF)
You oversee the delivery of rolling stock to customers and analyze breakdowns and operational problems

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

You have training/studies in the field of engineering, industrial management, or a comparable background.
You have a broad knowledge of the railway environment, technical service, and maintenance.
You possess a general knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems.
You bring familiarity with maintenance principles for industrial and transport equipment.
You have Leadership skills with the ability to identify and develop team talents.
You work independently, have strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
You have proficiency in French, German, and/or English (additional European languages are a plus).
