Strategic Marketing Professional (M/F/d)


The further development and improvement of market analysis and analysis of customer needs plays an important role for our product offer.


Your mission:

  • One part of your job will be to gather market information on structured customer need view within our industry and organizing them for possible decision taking towards opportunity pockets to enhance our current product offer
  • This also includes to support in the material preparation for various continuous improvement projects to optimize the processes including their implementation based on a rollout plan
  • You will coordinate the subsequent implementation, follow up and initiate corrective actions in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support in the realization of ARIS process documentation and validation of existing ones will be part of your mission
  • You will support in the planning, coordination and follow up of global sales promotion and coordinate with the involved stake holders in the HQ as well as PU's and DC's
  • You will communicate, coordinate, support and follow up with the WSC's and support them by the local sales promotion
  • The Generation of regular reporting of the results/ROI will be one of your tasks
  • You will gather information for
  • Competitor analysis
  • Customer and segment analysis (Key accounts, industrial trends)
  • Economy analysis (trends in the markets)
  • The Investigation of Cross Boarder / Parallel import infringements and counterfeiting for fake products will be another part of your mission

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your technical or commercial studies with focus on marketing
  • 13 years of professional experience in marketing and/or data analysis will help you on your way to success
  • SAP-BW, MS-Excel, Visual Basic as well as SAC knowledge is an advantage for this position
  • Your way of working is solutionoriented and structured and you have a high degree of resilience, momentum as well as communication
- and teamwork skills

  • With fluent English & German skills you can easily inspire others with your visions and ideas
  • You think and act with the customer in mind
  • Seeking and sharing information, knowledge as well as experiences openly and proactive round up your profile
