What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Source (incl. active sourcing), attract and hire talent for Global Operations up to middle management:_
  • Actively promote Employee Referral Program/ network sourcing within Global Operations
  • Coach and support hiring managers in conducting interviews
  • Understand trends and market insights for relevant recruiting's and hiring processes, define sourcing channels
  • Proactively try new sourcing channels
  • Establish a talent pool for future recruiting's
  • Organization of and representation of Grünenthal at digital or f2f recruiting events
  • Additional responsibilities regarding the implementation of the Global Recruiting strategy for

Global Operations:
_

  • Continuously scout recruiting trends and adapt them to the Global Operations environment
  • Collect recruiting best practices within and outside of Grünenthal
  • Prepare and conduct Introduction Meetings for new joiners

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • University degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Psychology or Engineering)
  • More than 3 years of experience in international recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a recruiting agency focused on life sciences
  • Expert knowledge of active sourcing and experience with additional sourcing channels
  • Excellent track record of hiring international operations roles (e.g. Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operations Strategy and Integration)
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, Spanish and German language skills appreciated
  • International experience
  • First experience in HR generalist role
  • Good knowledge of employer branding
