Sustainability Reporting Specialist (parental leave) (M/F/d):

YOUR TASKS

  • Project management for Nordex annual yearend sustainability disclosures (incl. materiality analysis and sustainability risk assessment)
  • Coordinate the annual EU Taxonomy reporting process incl. auditing
  • Maintain and further develop our ESG management and reporting platform Workiva
  • Maintain / update our ESG rating and rankings (e.g. ISS-ESG, Ecovadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics)
  • Follow up on the implementation of our Sustainability Strategy, with a focus on the social and governance dimension
  • Communicate sustainabilityrelated topics internally and externally (in close alignment with Corporate Communications)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Academic degree in sustainability management or a related field; strong affinity with sustainability
  • Experience in sustainability management and/or reporting
  • Very good project management skills
  • Indepth knowledge of existing and new reporting frameworks and laws (CSRD/ESRS, GRI, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge and experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with the Workiva platform is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • You work independently, structured and resultsoriented and deliver highquality work even under time pressure
